* Commission
The site’s commission is 35 percent of total sales. It is deducted automatically, and the seller must take this into account when pricing.
* For stores only
Joining is available to those who have a shop specializing in gifts and flowers, and registration is not accepted for individuals, who do not have a commercial entity.
* Withdrawal of balance
The balance is payable and immediately withdrawable after 7 days of purchase, with no minimum balance.
* Justifications for activation
The merchant will be required to provide proof of his work, such as social media accounts, Google Maps, commercial license, etc.
* Transfer amounts
The transfer is made by bank to the merchant, or in cash in some Emirates, or via PayPal, or any electronic payment method available to the merchant.
* Commercial bank accounts
Transfer – the settlement of cash amounts – is made to commercial accounts only, and not to accounts in the names of individuals.
* Pause
The seller must leave an immediate notification when an emergency occurs that prevents him from receiving orders, and his failure to cooperate in this may lead to the suspension of the account.
* Product Images
Product images must be decent, of high quality, with a background in one color, and the image size should not exceed 150 KB. The ideal dimensions are to be square, with dimensions of 1000 by 1000 pixels.
